Provider’s legal directory of attorneys and law firms (Subscribers) pay to be listed in and subscribe to the Provider’s service. Neither Provider nor the web site, nor the service is a lawyer referral service. The content on this web site, including but not limited to the service, and other resources and information, is for personal use only. Users have sole discretion whether to contact or be contacted by any Subscribers via the Service and nothing in the Service is intended or should be interpreted as directing a User to contact or select a particular attorney or firm. Users are solely responsible for verifying a Subscriber’s credentials and qualifications, for determining the necessity and adequacy of a Subscriber’s insurance coverage, and for the ultimate selection of any attorney they might make. As a user, you consent that you may be contacted by LegalHelpServices.com at the number or email you provided. You also consent that you may receive advertisements or telemarketing messages by email, text message or pre-recorded call, either of which may be dialed by an auto-dialer. You acknowledge that Your consent is not required for purchase and that standard message and data rates apply.

Attorney-Client Relationships or Agreements

Termination

Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. Unlawful Activity

Governing Law

Our Agreement and Your use of our Site shall be construed, governed by and enforced under the substantive laws of the State of New Jersey applicable to parties’ resident in and contracts made, executed and wholly performed within the State of New Jersey. You submit to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts situated in Monmouth County, New Jersey, USA in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Site and You will not object to jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction, inconvenient forum, or otherwise. HOWEVER, WE SHALL BE ENTITLED TO THE MAXIMUM LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS PERMITTED, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
